The Planet Fitness online classes will air Monday through Friday at 7 pm Eastern Time. The classes will be live streamed on the company’s YouTube or Facebook pages. Later viewing will be possible. These workouts are free and will not require any equipment. You do not need to bring a personal training professional or pay a monthly membership fee to join the class.

Planet Fitness will stream its first online class at 7 pm on Planet Fitness Facebook page. ET on June 21, You can then access the workouts at the pace you choose after the stream is over.
